Continuo does not mirror your Mac’s built-in Displays preference. It keeps its own layout of which machine sits where. Drag Mac clusters in the editor until they match your real desk.
Open the editor
Settings → Macs opens the arrangement canvas at the top of the tab. You can also choose Arrange displays from the menu bar panel.
You will see This Mac plus each online paired peer as a draggable cluster. Each cluster includes every display attached to that Mac. Offline peers may appear dimmed if their position was saved while they were last online.
Drag to match your desk
Drag another Mac until it sits flush against This Mac: left, right, above, or below, however the machines actually sit.
When you push the cursor off the shared edge, control crosses to the Mac on that side. A glowing seam marks each edge your pointer can cross between machines. Moving between one Mac’s own displays stays local.
If the layout does not match reality, the cursor will land on the wrong machine.
Edge crossing settings
Under Settings → Control & Edges you can tune how edges feel. Edge sensitivity is Light, Medium, or Firm: how long the pointer must sit at the edge before crossing. Push-through friction means a deliberate push crosses but an accidental brush does not. Edge peek makes the far Mac’s edge glow as your pointer approaches.
By default, left and right edges cross. Top and bottom edges do not.
Return without rearranging
You do not need to drag back across the layout to return control to the Mac you
are sitting at. Push back across the shared edge, or use the Return hotkey
(default Globe/fn + \). See Keyboard shortcuts.
